?Abstract? Since the reform and opening up, China?s family business has been steadily expanded, and grown into an important force of our Chinese economy. According to the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, in the decade, the private business mainly with family business has growth of 33% and 28.87% average annual growth to reach a total of 3.0055 million; registered capital from 35 to 68.1 billion yuan.a growth of 52 times with an average annual growth 48.41%; employees grown from 372 million to 42.99 million, an increase of nearly 12 times, with an average annual growth 27.72%; output value by 42.2 billion yuan to 20,083 yuan, an increase of 48%, with an average annual growth of 47.15%. Family Business has lots of model advantagesa, such as, strong cohesive force, the lower cost of management, market responsive and flexible management. This is the in the important factors of our family business can achieve substantial progress Nevertheless,, the family-run enterprises have certain flaws, especially in the area of human resources management performance, for instense ,on the staff of an incentive mechanism is not complete, which resault in many outstanding employee turnover, severely hampering our family enterprises steady, rapid and sustainable development.We just from the actual situation of our family business of human resources management , with motivation theory and the family business theory, against family business incentives exist human resources issues, propose solutions accordingly, in order to attract, retain excellent staff, improving staff?s enthusiasm of work and improve human resources management of family business actually.At present,incentive human resources management of our family enterprise has lots of issues, including incentives for single, ignore the importance of material incentives and the spirit of inspiration, subjective and arbitrary of incentive ways , and the family members is not binding, Performance appraisal system is not perfect and many other issues. To solve these problems, in addition to strengthening the existing incentive measures, the more important thing is to build a scientific, systematic, an effective incentive mechanism, that must improved and optimized the family enterprise incentive management system by various incentive measures integration . In accordance with the principle of all-round and systematic, material and spirit incentives, the incentive and the negative incentive, principle of distinction , proportionality, timely incentive , our family business with the actual situation could solve the family business in staff motivation existing problems by many means,suchu as , inter-generational transmission incentive mechanism, encouraging performance incentive mechanism , stock incentive mechanism, entitl incentive mechanism and enterprise culture incentive mechanism and so on.
