Would You Ever Consider a Gluten-Free Makeup?
In this article review, I will feature an article post from Glamour that leaves us a question whether gluten-free makeups are sensible or not.
We all understand the good effects of gluten-free food. However, who would ever imagine that makeups can have the same characteristics too. The author of the article received a press release message in her inbox and verified that such gluten-free makeups exist now in the market. The particular brand she mentioned was Sebamed.
Gluten is major concern when it comes to healthy food consumption. But experts seem to never catch the point of having gluten-free makeups. The author of the article emphasized that gluten make-ups can?t be eaten and it?s not a big deal or issue whether a makeup contains gluten ingredients or none. You can?t ingest it and therefore, it is not harmful to your health.
In my own opinion, this is maybe just a marketing strategy to entice people with their new product lines. But when you come to think about it seriously, it is really not a big factor.

Drinking Coffee Everyday For Long Life?
I?ve read an article in Well that presents eye-catching information regarding the effects of drinking coffee regularly.
Tara Parker-Pope featured a study report published in the National Institutes of Health stating that drinking coffee in a regular basis promotes longer life. Specifically, researchers mentioned that coffee can reduce the risk diabetes, heart disease, respiratory disease, stroke, and infections. This conclusion was based from the data of 229,119 men and 173,141 women that were members of the American Association of Retired Persons (AARP) between 1995 and 1996.
On the other hand, some experts find it difficult to confer with the conclusion because it is very difficult to correlate coffee and health. Coffee is always known as a complement for cigarettes. Therefore, it is hard to trace whether coffee can be beneficial or not. In addition, they say that coffee contains caffeine that can stimulate the increase of heart and blood pressure.
However, with the given report from a reliable source, it seems that the government is promoting coffee dosage every morning. Results suggest that coffee is beneficial regardless of it is caffeinated or decaffeinated. But according to Neal D. Freeman, lead author and investigator of the National Cancer Institute, we should be careful in interpreting such major impact data to the public.

Waist Circumference as a Basis for Health Condition
I?ve read some interesting and unique information in another article in Glamour stating that waist circumference can tell something relevant towards our health condition.
According to the author of the article, experts have long examined that body mass index (BMI) is not much of an effective way to determine the health status of a particular person. This is because almost all people have different built. However, researchers from Tufts University just recently found out that measuring your waist circumference can correlate with health condition.
After reviewing 31 articles, these researchers indicate that a waist circumference and waist to height ratio measurement can identify health condition risks such as high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, body fat levels, and metabolic syndrome. In the case of pregnant women, a waist circumference greater than 35 is categorized under health problem risks.
