'It makes me laugh thinking about it,' singer tells People of her pre-baby beauty regime.

<P>Beyonc&#233; loves her some heels. In the days leading up to the <a href="/news/articles/1676906/beyonce-jay-z-baby-born-ivy-blue.jhtml">birth of her baby, Blue Ivy</a>, Queen B was <a href="/news/articles/1676647/beyonce-pregnant-new-years.jhtml">spotted around New York</a> with her hubby, Jay-Z, and her stilettos. <a href="/news/articles/1683832/beyonce-people-most-beautiful-woman.jhtml"><i>People</i> magazine's Most Beautiful Woman</a> has opened up about wanting to stay as glam as possible, right up until she went into labor. </P><P> </P><P>"I didn't feel that I looked beautiful during birth &#8212; but who does? After being pumped with all those fluids and gaining so much weight, with my swollen lips and cheeks, I barely recognized myself," </P><P>she said in the issue hitting newsstands Friday, <a href="http://www.pressparty.com/pg/newsdesk/beyonce/view/45626/" </P><P>target="_blank">Pressparty.com</a> reports. "I tried my best to roller-set my hair and I wore my [lip] gloss when I arrived at the hospital." </P><P> </P><P><embed src="http://media.mtvnservices.com/mgid:uma:video:mtv.com:724018/cp~vid%3D724018%26uri%3Dmgid%3Auma%3Avideo%3Amtv.com%3A724018" width="460" height="260" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowFullScreen="true" allowScriptAccess="always" base="."></embed> </P><P> </P><P>But all of that hard work went out the window once the <i>really</i> hard work of having the baby kicked in. "I committed to the end and wore my kitten heels. It makes me laugh thinking about it," she recalled. "But after many hours of labor, I didn't care how I looked. </P><P>It was all about the miracle that God gave me &#8212; the opportunity to deliver a human being." </P><P> </P><P>Beyonc&#233; may not have felt hot in the hospital, but fans were certainly surprised by how hot she looked for her first post-baby appearance, hitting the New York party scene to celebrate <a href="/news/articles/1678726/beyonce-post-baby-appearance-blue-ivy.jhtml">Jay-Z's Carnegie Hall shows</a> in February, weeks after giving birth. The singer herself was surprised by how quickly she managed to look so good. </P><P> </P><P>"I'm proud that my waist came back so fast. ... I had to get my tone back. I'm definitely softer," she said. "But I feel my body bouncing back. Whatever was tight and muscular, like my legs, I'm seeing it come back. You just have to work at it." </P><P> </P><P>Beyonc&#233; will return to the stage next month for several shows in Atlantic City. She's also reportedly working on new music to follow up 2011's <i>4.</i></p>

Square's feeling good, on pace to take $5 billion in payments per year

Square's feeling good, on pace to take $5 billion in payments per yearDespite growing competition from PayPal, Intuit and Verifone, it appears that Square's business is still going gangbusters. The grandaddy of all smartphone payment systems is set to take $5 billion in payments this year, up from $2 billion a scant six months ago. According to company COO Keith Rabois, such expansive growth has been fostered by the fact that Square makes the cash from transactions available to merchants the next business day -- a feature greatly appreciated by small businesses. Clearly, Huey Lewis was right, and you can see what we mean after the break.

Rap Fire Starter Joe Cool Just Wants The 'Fame'

The Vernon Parish, Louisiana, MC didn't have Lil Wayne or Boosie connections, so he made his own way.

Fire Starter: Joe Cool
There weren't any local rap heroes for Vernon Parish, Louisiana, MC Joe Cool to pattern himself after, but that didn't deter the 23-year-old upstart. He was too far from New Orleans to have any Cash Money connection, and hip-hop hot spot Baton Rouge wasn't exactly nearby, so Joe just looked to his close buddies for support. And now it is all starting to pay off.

"I started rapping when I was like 15. All my friends rapped — I was just chillin' in the background. I used to make funny songs and stuff," Joe told Mixtape Daily during a February interview.

It was those "funny" little songs that then turned into hooks for more-developed local rappers. But at the urging of a friend, Mr. Cool decided to take his craft a bit more seriously. "I just kept going, and by the time I hit high school, I was like, this is something I want to pursue," he said.

Joey dropped his first project, Mixtape for No F---in' Reason, in March 2011 and then followed up with his most recent, Cooley Hi, at the top of this year. The majority of the tape is self-produced, a skill that JC picked up by necessity at a young age.

"By the time I hit 16, I really couldn't find all of the beats that I wanted to go over, so I just started trying to make my own beats," he explained.

The rap rookie is still climbing up the hip-hop ranks — he performed a few sets at the South by Southwest festival in Austin, Texas, last month — but he still has a way to go. On "Fame," one of the tracks off of Cooley Hi, the Young MC ponders the money and recognition that awaits him. It's not that he is trying to be a prima donna, he just believes in himself that much.

" 'Fame' was pretty much me feeling like I just know I'm supposed to be here. It's waiting for me," he said.

Angry Birds Space updated with 10 new levels, could Simpsons tie-in be next?

Android Central

Rovio's updated its interstellar swine-smashing simulator Angry Birds Space with 10 new levels. The new challenges can be found within the 'Fry Me To The Moon' chapter, which sees the classic pig-versus-bird battle re-enacted on a series of icy worlds. Fortunately the new levels are available in the free and ad-supported phone versions of the app, as well as the tablet-only HD version, so everyone gets to play. If you've already got Angry Birds Space installed, you can grab the latest version by hitting that update button in the Google Play Store. If not, we've got links after the break.

In an interesting twist, this latest update also adds a teaser zone to the main menu -- an unmistakable pink Simpsons-style donut. Could a Springfieldian crossover be in the future for one of the leading mobile gaming franchises? We'll have to wait and see.

Hasbro Goes After Blogger In IP Theft Case

HasbroNerfNStrikeLongshotCS6You'd never think that the world of Nerf guns and dart shooters was so intense, but Hasbro apparently sued a blogger for leaking information about unreleased Nerf products he found on Chinese marketplace Taobao using the sweetest bait imaginable: free Nerf guns. Urban Taggers is a blog about "assault blasters" for "kidults." Essentially they cover Nerf guns and the like and are fairly popular in the space. The lead blogger, Pocket, ran a review of an unreleased gun. A few days later, he received a note from Hasbro offering some guns to giveaway to his readers. Eager to share the blaster love, he agreed and sent his address. That's when his troubles began.
